I succumbed to the charms of the WeatherPixie (bottom of the left navigation) after seeing her on so many other sites. Today began the first day of my new work philosophy. Unless we have a major pressing deadline, I'm no longer staying there past 5:30 pm. Staying that late every night saps my morale, and I really don't get as much done as I think I do. So I'm going to work a bit more efficiently and salvage my evenings for me. Which meant that tonight I took a nap on the loveseat, dog asnooze ...
Not as hungry
OK. Back to normal. I had tons of water (will be up all night) and a nice bowl of pasta w/tomatoes, basil, and garlic. Now I'm ever so sleepy. Thor's still in bed, so I may take out some of the mags that I failed to read last night and sack out on the chair for a bit.Confession time...I'm back up to 150 lbs -- 11 lbs higher than last January. I'm not proud. Actually, I'm very disappointed in myself. But I think it's just the rude awakening I needed to get back on track. I want to lose 15 lbs by ...

Thor: (Name) has an Alienware computer. I want one.Me: OK. (see how easy I am to live with? In reality, my mind is already taking parts from his soon-to-be-discarded PC to pump up my own)Thor: Hmm....maybe I'll just upgrade my own.Me: (still thinking of the parts) Why don't you build one? I heard you can really get a bitching system and save tons of cash from not buying one premade.Thor: That's hard.Me: Oh, it can't be hard!Thor: Then, why don't you build one for you?Me: Well..well...maybe I ...
December 29 2003 – morning
Much fun at the Blackwell's the Blackwells' John and Erin's house yesterday. Had pizza, exchanged gifts (we got a mini air hockey table, a teeny apothecary for Thor, and some Chai Latte mix for me!), and laughed a lot.I was *going* to update LadyGypsy.net last night, but to my horror I discovered that all my neato fonts were missing!! Most importantly, Bickley Script, which is what I use to craft the logo and the navigation buttons. (sigh) Once I reinstalled WorksSuite 2001 or ...
