I currently have no advertising services, but I do use Google Analytics to keep track of information like page views, site views, bounce rate, where visitors are coming from, etc. I have it set to delete user-level and event-level data after 14 months. This includes data associated with cookies, user-identifiers (e.g., User-ID) and advertising identifiers (e.g., DoubleClick cookies, Android’s Advertising ID, Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers). More info on that here.
