Happy Birthday Mom!

February 13, 2005

Last Swing Dance class: Basically, Thor and I went from knowing nothing about swing dancing to knowing some moves and sucking at them. S’okay…gives us an excuse to practice. 🙂

We switched computer desks today…basicallly because Thor now has TWO pcs to game with, and he needed my spot so that he could see both monitors. (I had a desk to my right) Now I’m in the corner in front of the closet, and for my next webcam shot, you should be spared MOST of the fugly plaid wallpaper.

Brunch: Garden salad from SaladWorks (lettuce, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, carrots, cubed provolone) and vinagrette. (calories unknown…but’s a SALAD)
Dinner: Mom’s birthday at Buca diBeppo. I had a piece of bread, a piece of bruchetta, some spaghetti, half a meatball, some tortelloni, and 1/3 of a slice of cake. It sounds horrific, BUT it really wasn’t as much as it sounded.

Tomorrow I get back on track (though with an offsite, catered meeting tomorrow, I don’t know how) and start a workout on the Bowflex.

Because if one wants to wear one of these come summer, one must be svelte.

nifty pop-down comments! (Although your header is suddenly weird and overlappy in Safari)

i’m very much enjoying your “one must be svelte” sign-off, and currently wondering how long you can keep it up.
