We caught Covid.

I didn’t catch it from HersheyPark last August, or the indoor wedding that I was advised to skip in October, or from the Walt Disney World trip in January. Or from going to see a show in February, or going…

Show Us Your Books – May 2022

I haven’t updated since last book review? And I have how many crummy drafts? Five? Do I even do the April Extras now that we’re 11 days into May? Eh, it’ll all shake out. It’s just a blog, not a…

Guess who’s back?Back again?Kim is back…tell a friend! I did a lot of reading in prep for my CAE exam in December and it put me off from pleasure reading for a while. Which is okay! I knew the desire…

Some photos and thoughts from March that were thin for their own blog posts… This is the phone game of the moment and was my PC game of choice in the early 2000s back when Flash games were a thing….

Friday 5: Nice

Rabbit rabbit! It’s April 1 and with the exception of the author, this post is 100% fool-free. I am a last-minute call-up to go work TNP’s annual conference in Nashville next week. This weekend, your girl here needs to buy…

Hello!

About Me

I've been blogging for over twenty (2 decades! 2-0!) years and I'm apparently one of the few over-50 female bloggers who haven't sold out to THE MAN yet; hence this blog remains quirky, homespun, and unprofitable. No big. However, if you're from Disney, Doritos, or Dave Matthews Band, I'm open to talk about selling out.

I live in Southern New Jersey with my husband WM, and our dog Murphy. I'm an adult who likes Disney but not a Disney Adult. I used to work a fun (really!) office job in Philadelphia, but since March of 2020 I'm a work from home hermit. So if you're looking for a childless, slightly round, marginally boring GenX woman's blog to follow, you've come to the right place! :)

the wombsday clock graphic with two teal haired women in white rockers. It has reached 12 months and there are teal and white stars all over the graphic.
Well, that happened.
