If you live in the Southern New Jersey/Philadelphia area, isn’t this one of the happiest road signs you can see?

The Atlantic City Expressway opened in 1964 and connects the Philadelphia side of South Jersey to Atlantic City. It also intersects the Garden State Parkway which connects motorists to the more southern shore ports.
The nautical rope! The life preserver design! The little red flag on the blue background! It’s perfect.
Not only is it functional, it’s cheerful. It doesn’t just tell you where you’re going; it makes you feel like you’re almost there, even when you still have over an hour to go.
I hope whoever designed this (AI is wrong on that matter and I don’t feel like calling the South Jersey Transportation Authority) received every honor coming to them.
