I added Boyz II Men’s MotownPhilly to my workout list. I still remember the thrill I had when I first saw the video and saw them singing and dancing infront of lots of great Philly locations. (And Genos..not Pats)
Today when I was logging into Blogger to make this post, I saw a ‘news item’ about a 3.5 hour video on Blogger by the team behind Lynda.com — that’s a site that charges huge amounts of money for programming and design how-to videos. For $30, you can learn how to use Blogger. I bet 2 hours of that video teaches you how to waste time while waiting for Blogger to publish. 😉 Anyway, the ‘news item’ is a great read, only because it’s filled with the “I love you!” “No, I love YOU!” pandering that’s common among the blogging elite.

Exercise: 24 tiring minutes on the treadmill, 5 tiring assisted chinups. I lost count of tiring stomach crunches, due mostly in part to my intense concentration on that lil’ pair of shorts I’d love to get into next year.
Breakfast: Dannon smoothie thing. Bottle of water.
Lunch: I usually do salads on Wednesday.
