November 17, 2003

Today is the first day of the rest of my career… First day without the ex-Boss. I peeped into his office and yup, it’s empty. STILL don’t know to whom we’ll be reporting in the interim. But it’ll be interesting…

Yesterday was a very good day. My review was the best ever. Maybe it’s because the boss already had one foot out the door, but I’ll just keep on believing that they like me! They REALLY like me! Got a…

Crib notes for today: I will not get overly emotional on Boss’ last day. It’s a job. People come and go all of the time and it’s not like I’ll never hear from him again. I will not fret about…

November 13, 2003 – morning

Didja miss me? Missed yesterday entirely – it’s been pretty busy here at work so I haven’t had time to blog in the mornings. Only reason I can right now is that I took a few minute breather to suck…

November 11, 2003 – afternoon

I’m late! No…no….not THAT kind of late. Late blog. Had a bunch of website issues this morning, so I didn’t have a chance to jot down my thoughts. Wt: Not weighing until next week. But we did go to the…

November 10, 2003 – morning

Hello!

About Me

I've been blogging for over twenty (2 decades! 2-0!) years and I'm apparently one of the few over-50 female bloggers who haven't sold out to THE MAN yet; hence this blog remains quirky, homespun, and unprofitable. No big. However, if you're from Disney, Doritos, or Dave Matthews Band, I'm open to talk about selling out.

I live in Southern New Jersey with my husband WM, and our dog Murphy. I'm an adult who likes Disney but not a Disney Adult. I used to work a fun (really!) office job in Philadelphia, but since March of 2020 I'm a work from home hermit. So if you're looking for a childless, slightly round, marginally boring GenX woman's blog to follow, you've come to the right place! :)

the wombsday clock graphic with two teal haired women in white rockers. It has reached 12 months and there are teal and white stars all over the graphic.
Well, that happened.
