This year..
- I received my first Rising Star award at work. (Oh, I’m receiving one for 2004 too!)
- We were approved for a mortgage.
- And after 7 years of apartment living, we bought a house!
- …which I almost burned down while making iced tea.
- Travelled to California to meet long-time friends.
- Saw the sun set over the ‘other’ ocean.
- Turned 32, (stupidly) had bangs cut into my hair, and got the long-coveted iPod.
- We went on a fabulous cruise…
- …and I snorkled for the first time.
- Said goodbye to my last living grandparent.
- Voted, and
- Wrote a novel. (I’ll start editing it in January)
