Oh my LORD I am so hungry. I forgot how totally totally horrible the first day of a healthy eating plan diet can be. Listen, I had a really stressy day. Inconceivably stressy. And all I want is a cheesesteak. With fried onions and ketchup.
I was SO good. Gym in the morning. Milk for breakfast. Soup and salad for lunch. Only a few lifesavers. I’m now chowing down on SmartPop and water so that when I make dinner (smidge of pasta and YET ANOTHER salad) I don’t go apeshit (pardon the language, I’m hungry) and make myself too much.
Note: Max doesn’t like popcorn. Neither do I, anymore.
