Dollars and sense?
If there is one aspect of my “Junior Executive Management Barbie” job that I hate the most, it’s creating the budget for the 1st half / 2nd half of the year. I’m required to be rational and deal with percentages and margins, yet be creative and brainstorm of ways to make these numbers happen. It’s a difficult challenge.
