Ha! Did you think I quit? Nah. You can’t get rid of me that easy. I usually blog in the morning, right? Monday morning I slept in. 🙂 Yesterday I had to head to work early to take care of my baby – the CP site. This MORNING, I downloaded the Microsoft XP update, and it promptly messed up the touchpad on my laptop. The touchpad settings were reset, and the arrow was sliding all over the place. I didn’t have time to play with it this morning, but tonight I downloaded the new drivers and re-calibrated the settings.
I just got done watching American Idol. Quentin Freaking Tarantino was a guest judge because it was movie night. I like Fantasia. Yeah, I know, back in February I said she was horrible. But she really grew on me. Tonight she did “Summertime” from Porgy and Bess. She BELTED it out. I just may vote for her!
Yesterday, M from work lent me the first THREE seasons of the Sopranos on DVD! I don’t have HBO, so I’ve never seen this show. So far, episode 1 is cracking me up. Very Eye-talian. Very funny. Makes me want Italian food. And the songs are great! Lets see…14 episodes a season. Three seasons worth. An hour per show. Nice.
It’s been raining for the last week. Max has had “muddy feets” morning, noon, and night. Frankly, it’s a bummer. My lil’ Weather Pixie has been holding an umbrella for days. I can’t wait until it’s sunny and warm.
