A long time ago our department brought on a co-op for a semester. It was a really wild and busy time for us, and at the end of her term, our lovely co-op gave me this mug that says “unplug.”
This mug is large and in charge. She holds a LOT of coffee. She is strictly a weekend or day-off mug, and whenever I use her I still think of our smart, accomplished co-op who handled the chaos with grace.
This “unplug” goal is a reminder to unplug, slow down, and appreciate the people who make the busiest seasons brighter.
