Talk about a strong challenge to the ol’ “everyone deserves to be safe, loved, and warm” belief, huh?
Even though 15% of me thinks it’s fake (he’s in the WWE Hall of Fame and was teasing a big reveal at this event on Twitter), nobody deserves to be shot at. Not even Trump.
I also don’t think it’s victim blaming (to Trump) to say that this is a result of 1) too many guns, and 2) almost 10 years of whipping the far right wing into an absolute frenzy. That dumb 20 year old who shot at him and was subsequently killed was 16 or 17 when he watched Trump supporters storm the capital. We are reaping what we have sown.
