Good Things:
Tuesday: Our HVAC guy, who I’ve known my entire life, came by for our scheduled furnace check/tuneup/cleaning. I always feel very accomplished when I schedule a service and thankful I had money to do it. When you don’t have a lot of money, you can’t afford regular service/maintenance tasks and your large items break down faster. Never forget your lean days.
Wednesday: HALF DAYYYYYY.
Thursday: Thanksgiving, lovingly hosted by J&K. It was full of food and warmth, and no drama.
Friday: Black Friday! Went out for a bit with Mom, slothed the rest of the day.
Saturday: Lunchtime date with WM at Iron Hill Brewery, which is where the below photo was taken.
Meh Things:
Sunday: Dropped a green marker on my cream colored shirt. Tried to remove the marker stain with alcohol. And then I put Tide on the stain and left it overnight. The Tide stripped the color from the shirt but left the stain. (It wasn’t the alcohol, because I dropped Tide on the shirt sleeve, and the color was stripped from there as well.)
Saturday: STILL NO DEBIT CARD. My big go-out-and-shop day is over, so I’m giving it one more week before I melt down.
Verdict: Two and a half days of work and the beginning of the holiday season? Definitely a GOOD week!
