The obvious conclusion is that I should have had the blurry crap camera when I was 40 and the sharp unforgiving one when I was 30. My face also looked pretty gaunt.
And yes, that is a map of Mississippi on the wall behind me in the first photo. Now there is a map of Ireland on the wall. I try, people, I try.
