Breakfast: Two donuts at morning meeting. Bad me.
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Chicken Breast with predictable vegetable medley. Grapes.
Exercise: 1.5 miles (21 minutes) on the elliptical machine, 60 stomach crunches, 10 assisted chinups. Two days in a row!
Dinner: Some wheat thins and some peanuts. Had to make up for breakfast.
Work: Weirdy. I stayed home yesterday because I was under the weather, so today was a big ol’ catchup day.
FreezerBurned.com: Coming along quite nicely. I threw up a quick-n-dirty splash page, and I’m working on refining the PHP from scratch.
Yesterday we received our Shore Excursion guide from Disney Cruise Lines. In October, we’ll be taking the 7-day Eastern Caribbean cruise. That’ll take us to St. Maarten, St. Thomas/St. John, and Disney’s island, Castaway Cay. Very psyched. Wish I knew how to snorkel. My swim skills are pretty pathetic, or else I’d try.
