Mood: Determined

Weight: 155.5 lbs
Lunch: Life Choice Turkey and Vegetables, bunch of grapes, bottle of water.

Dinner: 2 chicken wraps, consisting of a tortilla, 1/2 cup Purdue precooked Italian chicken**, one lettuce leaf, and a tiny squirt of Wishbone Fat Free zesty Italian dressing.

Exercise: Rousing walk with Max, 1.16 miles on the treadmill (20 min), 10 assisted chinups, and 40 stomach crunches. Mmmmmm…I can see that belly button ring already!

Tonight: Playing City of Heroes while I wash clothes. I rolled a new character in addition to the Apprentice. Her name is Dark Radiant and her superpower is that she punches the CRAP out of things. It’s a 180 degree turn from the characters I usually play. But sometimes you need to virtually punch things.

The photo with this entry is the carousel at the Orange County Fair. I went there on the first day of my California jaunt 2 weeks ago. I went on only 2 rides, a roller coaster and the Ferris wheel, which was the biggest travelling Ferris wheel. Or so I was told. I took a neat photo of it. I uploaded it to Ofoto, made it grayscale, and sent away for the print.

I’m not a photographer by any stretch of the imagination, but on occasion I take very good pictures. Then I print them out, put them in a snooty too-big frame that I buy at Target, and put it somewhere.

**Yeah, precooked is definately a shortcut, but I’m not motivated to cook at all. And precooked chicken from Purdue is MUCH healthier for me than precooked chicken from Chick-Fil-A.

Hello!

About Me

I've been blogging for over twenty (2 decades! 2-0!) years and I'm apparently one of the few over-50 female bloggers who haven't sold out to THE MAN yet; hence this blog remains quirky, homespun, and unprofitable. No big. However, if you're from Disney, Doritos, or Dave Matthews Band, I'm open to talk about selling out.

I live in Southern New Jersey with my husband WM, and our dog Murphy. I'm an adult who likes Disney but not a Disney Adult. I used to work a fun (really!) office job in Philadelphia, but since March of 2020 I'm a work from home hermit. So if you're looking for a childless, slightly round, marginally boring GenX woman's blog to follow, you've come to the right place! :)
