I know that keeping hydrated is a good thing for bodies, but since I’ve turned into a permanent work from home goblin, all I do is drink.
Morning: Coffee
Mid-morning: Second cup of coffee (occasionally)
Lunch: Diet Dr. Pepper, classily poured into an ice-filled glass
Afternoon: Hot tea, spearmint or chai
Dinner: Water
Evening: Tea or hot cocoa
All day long: Water
Every afternoon and every evening I have to take a load of glasses and mugs upstairs to wash.
And I don’t even have the most fashionable water bottle. I’m still rocking a S’well, which I believe came after Tervis and Nalgene but has since been rendered passe by Hydroflask, Yeti, and now Stanley.
And if I can accurately predict trends based on TikTok, Stanley is soon going to be outshone by Owala and will join its predecessors in the landfill.
What will the archaeologists think when they unearth all of these reusable bottles?

It is so much irony how the cups to “save the planet” are so in abundance EVERYWHERE – what a weird group of creates humans are.
I have a minimum of 3 drinks on my desk at all time – sometimes 4.

And some of these cups are so heavy! I have a Yeti with my organization’s branding on it that stays in a closet because when it’s full it is heavier than anything I’d put in my bag.
