Good Things: Back to the gym! And I started my garden yesterday!
Meh Things: My foot is still sore, and the rest of the lower half of my body is sore too from the exercises. I’m still hoping PT will help, but I have a lot of standing and walking coming up in the next 6 weeks and I don’t feel like loading up on Aleve to get through. I’m not a doctor, but I’m starting to feel that PT is not going to fix the heel spur that is irritating my tendon. I have a followup with the podiatrist at the end of the month, I’ll ask her again.
Verdict: Neutral.
